Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of egmpjobs.com. They are not your employment contract and they are not your recruitment agreement with E-GMP, both of which are separate documents you sign.
Who we are
This site is operated by EGMP International Corporation, a recruitment agency licensed by the Philippine Department of Migrant Workers under licence DMW-232-LB-12212023-R, with its registered office at 3rd Floor, MJL Building, 1175 Chino Roces Avenue, Makati, Metro Manila 1203, Philippines. By using this site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.
Verify us, and verify anyone who contacts you
A Philippine recruitment agency may only recruit if it holds a valid DMW licence, and only at the address its licence names. You can check ours, and anyone else's, in the Department of Migrant Workers' public register of licensed recruitment agencies. Only a status reading "Valid License" means an agency may recruit.
If someone contacts you claiming to represent E-GMP and you are unsure, stop and write to inquire@egmpjobs.com or call +63 2 8523 1893 before you send money, documents or identification to anyone.
Job listings
Job listings on this site describe vacancies our clients have asked us to fill. They are information, not offers of employment. A listing may close, change or be withdrawn by the employer at any time, and appearing in a listing creates no entitlement to a job, an interview or a deployment. Terms and conditions of any actual employment are set by the employer's contract, which is subject to Department of Migrant Workers approval.
We take reasonable care that listings are accurate at the time of posting. We do not warrant that every detail stays current.
Your obligations
- Give us accurate information. Applications are the basis of documents submitted to government agencies and to employers, and false information can void a deployment and expose you to liability.
- Submit only documents you are entitled to submit, and only your own personal data unless you have the other person's authority.
- Do not use the site to break any law, to send malware, to scrape it by automated means for a competing service, or to interfere with its operation or security.
- Keep your account credentials to yourself. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Intellectual property
The text, design, graphics, logos and arrangement of this site belong to E-GMP or to its licensors and are protected by Philippine and international copyright and trade mark law. You may read, print and share pages for your own non-commercial use. You may not republish, sell or systematically copy any part of the site without our written permission. Third-party names and logos on this site belong to their owners and appear for identification only.
Links and embedded services
This site links to and embeds services operated by other companies, including the Department of Migrant Workers' registers, YouTube, Google Calendar and WhatsApp. We do not control them and we are not responsible for their content or their terms. When you use one, its own terms and privacy policy apply. What each of them receives about you is listed in our Privacy Notice.
Privacy
How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Notice, which forms part of these terms. In short: two analytics services observe your visit, one of them records a masked session replay, and anything you submit is used to answer your enquiry or process your application.
Availability
We do not guarantee the site will be available without interruption. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, including any job listing or feature, without notice.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Philippine law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to that, E-GMP is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for loss of profit, or for loss arising from your reliance on information on this site that was accurate when published and later changed. This does not affect any obligation we owe you under your recruitment agreement, under your employment contract, or under the rules of the Department of Migrant Workers.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The courts of Makati City have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, without prejudice to any right you have to bring a labour claim before the Department of Migrant Workers, the National Labor Relations Commission or another competent forum.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
