Privacy Notice
This notice explains what personal data egmpjobs.com collects, why, who else can see it, and how you can have it corrected or deleted. It covers this website. It does not cover the separate consent you sign when you apply for a job through E-GMP.
The short version. If you only browse, two analytics services see your visit: Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. Clarity records a masked replay of your session, which means it captures where you moved and clicked, not what you typed. If you send us an enquiry or apply for a job, we keep what you send us so we can answer it. We do not sell your data.

What we collect, and why
When you just read the site
You do not have to give us anything to read these pages. Our analytics services still receive technical data automatically: your IP address, which our analytics providers truncate or discard rather than store in full; your browser, device type and operating system; the pages you open, in what order and for how long; where you arrived from; and your approximate location, at city level, worked out from your IP address. Microsoft Clarity additionally records a replay of the session and aggregates clicks and scrolling into heatmaps.
When you send an employer enquiry
The enquiry form asks for your name, company, work email, phone number, your job title, the country you are hiring into, the industry, the roles and the headcount. You can also add your company website, a business registration or licence number, whether you have hired from the Philippines before, how you found us, and notes. We use it to answer your enquiry and to prepare a staffing proposal. The form is delivered to us by Formspree.
When you apply for a job
An application asks for the information an employer and the Department of Migrant Workers need to process a deployment. That can include your contact details, date and place of birth, civil status, passport details, work history, qualifications, certificates and your CV. Some of this is sensitive personal information under the Data Privacy Act, and we ask for your explicit consent before we collect it. When you preview a CV in your browser, the file is read on your own device by a PDF viewer component; it is uploaded to us only when you submit the application.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising.
- We do not run advertising or retargeting pixels on this site.
- We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Who else can see your data
These are every third party the website loads or sends data to, read off the site's own code on 5 October 2026. Each one is bound by its own contract with us and by its own privacy terms.
| Service | Run by | What it receives |
|---|---|---|
| Google Analytics 4 | Pages viewed, time on page, approximate location, device, referrer, and whether an enquiry form was started or submitted. On submission it also receives your answer to “How did you find E-GMP?” and a lead category and score worked out from your answers. Not your name, contact details, company or notes. | |
| Microsoft Clarity | Microsoft | A masked replay of your session plus click and scroll heatmaps. Masking is set to Strict, so text you type and text on the page are obscured before the recording leaves your browser. |
| Formspree | Formspree, Inc. | Everything you put in the employer enquiry form, in order to deliver it to us by email. |
| Google Cloud Storage | Your IP address and browser, when your browser fetches images and media hosted there. | |
| Google Fonts | Your IP address and browser, when your browser fetches the typefaces used on some pages. | |
| Google Calendar booking | Your IP address on any page carrying the appointment booking panel, and the details you enter if you book a slot. | |
| YouTube | Your IP address and cookies where a video is embedded, on the same terms as watching it on YouTube. | |
| Content delivery networks | unpkg (Cloudflare) and filesafe.space | Your IP address and browser, when your browser fetches a script or asset served from them. |
| Meta | Nothing unless you tap a WhatsApp link. If you do, you leave this site and Meta's terms apply to the conversation. | |
| E-RIS | E-GMP | Applications and enquiries, in E-GMP's own recruitment system. This is not a third party. |
We also disclose personal data to the employer you are applying to, and to Philippine and destination-country authorities, where a deployment requires it. That includes the Department of Migrant Workers, and it can include an embassy, a medical clinic or an insurer. We disclose it to a government agency without your consent only where the law requires us to.
Cookies and your choices
Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity each set cookies in your browser to recognise a returning visit. They load only on the live egmpjobs.com domain, and on most pages they load only once you interact with the page.
This site does not show a cookie consent banner. We are telling you that plainly rather than leaving you to discover it. Two consequences follow, and you should know both:
- If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, Microsoft Clarity will not record your session at all, because it requires a consent signal for those regions and this site does not send one.
- Everywhere else, you can stop both services by blocking third-party scripts or cookies in your browser, by using your browser's private mode, or by installing Google's Analytics opt-out add-on. Blocking them does not affect any other part of the site.
How long we keep it
- Analytics: Google Analytics data is retained for the period set in the property's retention setting; Microsoft Clarity deletes session recordings on its own published retention schedule. Neither identifies you by name.
- Employer enquiries: for as long as we are in contact about the role, and afterwards for the period our records and tax obligations require.
- Worker applications: for the period required by the Department of Migrant Workers and by Philippine labour and records law, so that a deployment can be audited. To ask us to delete an application before then, write to dpo@egmpjobs.com.
Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act you have the right to be informed, to object, to access your data, to have it corrected, to have it erased or blocked, to be indemnified for damage caused by inaccurate or unlawfully obtained data, to lodge a complaint, and to receive a copy of your data in a portable format.
To use any of these, write to our Data Protection Officer at dpo@egmpjobs.com. We will answer within the period the law allows, and we will tell you if we need proof of identity first. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may complain to the National Privacy Commission at privacy.gov.ph.
Security
We hold personal data in access-controlled systems, transmit it over encrypted connections, and limit access to staff who need it for recruitment and deployment. No system is immune. If a breach occurs that is likely to put you at risk, we will notify you and the National Privacy Commission as the Data Privacy Act requires.
Changes to this notice
If we add or remove a service that handles your data, we will update the table above and change the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be announced on this page before they take effect.
