How E-GMP works with healthcare employers and staffing partners

  • A hospital or care provider, hiring in its own name

Your company is accredited with the Department, the job order and the employment contract are verified, and E-GMP recruits for the approved job order.

Medic Center Polyclinics orders clinical staff this way.

  • A nurse-placement company

You hold the contract with the provider. E-GMP holds the Philippine licence, the sourcing and the documentation.

SM Care Solutions places nurses with German providers this way.

  • An HR or staffing partner

You hire for your own client hospitals.

Emdad Human Resources and Safwat Al Khaleej both run their nursing orders this way, and E-GMP has deployed staff nurses for both.

If you hold the contract with the hospital, the recruitment partners page explains how a partner order works. Accreditation, documents, timelines and cost are answered in full under employer resources, and E-GMP’s full deployment process is on the employer page.

The healthcare record

More than 600 Filipino nurses and healthcare workers, to eight named employers.

Our longest nursing relationship: 2011–2025.

Their commitment to quality, efficiency, and understanding of our needs is unmatched. We rely on their judgment so much that we often let them select applicants on our behalf, and they deliver, every time.
Arif Almurjan, Director of Governance, Specialized Medical Center

We know what a nursing order needs

We run a dedicated healthcare and nursing line and deploy Filipino nurses by the hundreds. We studied nurse salaries to find the package that fills a nursing order.

E-GMP studied why. We tell you the salary and package to offer before you travel to interview.

Hospitals and staffing companies have selected eighty to a hundred nurses in the Philippines and kept fifteen or twenty. The offer came late, or the process was not followed. We tell you what to offer before you interview, and each step to take after you select. E-RIS, our own recruitment system, tracks each selected nurse, so when you ask where your nurses stand, we can tell you. Specialized Medical Center often lets us select on its behalf.

A nursing contract for a nursing role

We recruit a nurse for a nursing role, on the hours the contract states. Send us the unit, the hours and the contract you intend to offer, and we will tell you what to correct before it goes for contract verification.

Professional registration usually decides how long it takes

Each destination has its own permit and document-authentication process, and for nursing there is normally a professional-registration step as well.

Saudi Arabia authenticates employment contracts through Qiwa. For a Saudi nursing role, the documents E-GMP prepares for the nurse include Saudi Council registration, or credential verification and an examination result if the nurse has not worked in the Kingdom before. If a destination requires professional recognition or a language level before the visa, that time is added, and for nursing it is often the step that decides the date.

E-GMP checks this against each candidate before the job order is filed. That is why we answer “how fast” with a range for your case and the name of the step that will decide it.

Across all industries, E-GMP holds approved job orders in eleven countries covering 144 different positions, and every one is searchable in the Department’s register under the employer’s own name.

Common questions from hospitals, providers and placement companies

Is E-GMP licensed, and how do I verify it?

Yes. E-GMP International Corporation holds licence DMW-232-LB-12212023-R and is listed as a licensed agency in the Department of Migrant Workers’ public register, under the classification Private Employment Agency. Its approved job orders are published in the same register under each employer’s own name.

Which hospitals and medical employers has E-GMP recruited for?

E-GMP’s own client record names ten hospitals and medical employers: Specialized Medical Center, Dr Sulaiman Al Habib, King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz University Hospital, Kingdom Hospital, Riyadh Care Hospital, Al Moosa Specialist Hospital, Sanad Hospital, Tadawi Medical Services, DaVita and National Medical Care. Current orders run through Emdad Human Resources, Safwat Al Khaleej and Medic Center Polyclinics in Saudi Arabia, SM Care Solutions in Germany and Natsu Company in Japan.

How many nurses and healthcare workers has E-GMP recruited?

More than 600, to eight named employers. The largest relationship is Specialized Medical Center Hospital in Riyadh, which kept ordering through E-GMP from 2011 to 2025. E-GMP has also deployed staff nurses for Emdad Human Resources and Safwat Al Khaleej.

Why do we lose so many nurses between selection and arrival?

Most of the loss comes after selection: the offer is issued late, or the process is not followed. E-GMP tells the hospital what salary and package to offer before the interviews and each step to take after selection, and tracks each selected nurse in E-RIS, its own recruitment system.

Can you supply specialist nurses rather than general ward staff?

Send the unit, the patients it treats and the registration the role requires. We recruit specialist nurses to match those details, and we will tell you which parts of your requirement are realistic on your timeline before the job order is filed.

How long does a nursing deployment take?

Typically 30–90 days from job order to deployment, and up to 120 days for nurses, depending on which approvals your company already holds and the permit process at the destination. For nursing, professional registration is often the step that decides the date, so we give a range for your case and name the step that will decide it.

Can you recruit for a country where you have no nursing orders today?

Yes. Each job order is approved for its own destination and its own roles, and E-GMP’s approved job orders already cover eleven countries and 144 different positions. Send the destination and the roles, and we will tell you what the process involves and which approvals are needed.

Tell us the unit and the roles

Send the roles, the headcount, the unit and the contract you intend to offer. We will come back with what will pass verification as written, which approvals you already hold, and which step will decide your timeline, within 24 hours.
