E-GMP recruits the production, laboratory and maintenance staff a plant needs

E-GMP holds an approved job order to recruit 16 workers across 14 roles for Refreshment Trading Company, a Kuwaiti soft drink and juice producer. One order covers the whole plant team:

  • Processing and filling

Juice processing operators, filler operators and blow moulding operators.

  • Laboratory and quality

Microbiologists, food technicians and quality assurance supervisors.

  • Hygiene and safety

Hygiene supervisors, environment, occupational safety and health supervisors, and safety officers.

  • Plant maintenance

Maintenance in-charge, electrical supervisors, and A/C and vehicle technicians.

Send the full role mix with your order. The job order lists each role with its own headcount, and E-GMP recruits them together. If the role you need is not listed, send it with the rest of the requirement. Manpower companies staffing a plant for their own client can order as recruitment partners. Accreditation, documents, timelines and cost are answered under employer resources.

E-GMP has supplied workers to dairy, food and meat processing companies

E-GMP deployed 1,135 Filipino workers to Almarai, the Saudi dairy and food company, between 2011 and 2015.

  • Kepak

    A European meat processing group.

Kepak could not fill its meat-cutter roles locally. E-GMP supplied Filipino meat cutters for the work.

  • Baja Food Industries, Saudi Arabia

E-GMP deployed Filipino workers in 2022.

For permits and the process in a particular country, see the Kuwait and Saudi Arabia pages. Restaurant, café, catering and hotel teams are covered on the hospitality and food service page.

The process and the equipment

Send the process, the equipment and any food safety standard the role must meet, and E-GMP screens candidates for experience on that process and that equipment.

Trade-tested in the Philippines

Technical and skilled roles are trade-tested in the Philippines before anyone travels. Send the equipment with the requirement, and E-GMP confirms how each role is tested.

Your interview

You can interview the shortlist remotely or on site, including the laboratory and supervisory roles, and give E-GMP written authority to select the rest against your job order.

Questions from food and beverage plant employers

Can E-GMP recruit laboratory and quality staff, not only line operators?

Yes. E-GMP recruits microbiologists, food technicians, and quality assurance, hygiene and safety supervisors, and it can recruit them on the same job order as the processing and filling operators. Its approved job order for Refreshment Trading Company in Kuwait covers all of these roles.

Does E-GMP recruit meat cutters for processing plants?

Yes. E-GMP has supplied Filipino meat cutters to Kepak, a European meat processing group. Send the roles, the headcount and the destination, and E-GMP will tell you what the process involves there.

Does E-GMP also recruit for restaurants and catering kitchens?

Yes. Cooks, kitchen crew and service staff for restaurants, cafés, caterers and hotels are covered on the hospitality and food service page, with the roles and the employers E-GMP has staffed.

Our plant needs staff by a fixed date. When should we send the order?

Send it with the date production starts. The time needed depends on your company’s accreditation, the job order approval, the medical examination and the visa in your country. E-GMP gives you a range for your case once it sees the order, and the employer resources page lists each step.

What happens if a worker does not work out?

E-GMP carries a replacement arrangement, and the terms depend on the reason and the timing. They are agreed with you in writing before you sign.

Which countries can E-GMP recruit plant staff for?

Each job order is approved for its own destination. E-GMP’s food and beverage production work includes employers in Kuwait and Saudi Arabia, and a European meat processor, and its approved job orders cover eleven countries and 144 different positions. Send the destination and the roles, and E-GMP will tell you what the process involves there.

How can I check E-GMP’s DMW licence?

E-GMP International Corporation holds licence DMW-232-LB-12212023-R and is listed as a licensed agency in the Department of Migrant Workers’ public register, under the classification Private Employment Agency. Its approved job orders are published in the same register under each employer’s own name.
