The Philippine side and the German side
E-GMP handles the Philippine side: recruitment, documents and the government approvals. Recognition of the nursing qualification, the German language level and the visa are German requirements, and they usually decide the arrival date.

Your side, in Germany
A nurse trained in the Philippines needs state permission to work as a nurse in Germany. The authority in your federal state decides it, and it normally asks for German at level B2.
Where the authority finds a gap in the training, the nurse closes it with an adaptation course or a knowledge test.
What decides the date
