E-GMP International Corporation is a Philippine recruitment agency licensed by the Department of Migrant Workers, licence DMW-232-LB-12212023-R. Founded in 2002 by its president, Alexander K. Tan, it recruits Filipino workers for employers overseas, with its head office in Makati, Metro Manila.

E-GMP International Corporation was established in 2002. Since then, we have recruited and deployed thousands of Filipino professionals and skilled workers for employers across different industries and in different parts of the globe.
More than two decades in recruitment have taught us that good recruitment is built on goodwill, respect to all concerned and rule of law, meeting expectations and the competence to deliver as promised.

For E-GMP, responsible recruitment is not only about finding people for available jobs. It is also about considering the kind of jobs we ask Filipino workers to leave their homes and families for. Every overseas employment decision carries consequences, for the employer, for the worker and often for an entire family. That responsibility matters to us. Alexander K. Tan founded E-GMP International Corporation in 2002 and leads it as its president.
He is Vice President of PEACEME and a Trustee of PRIMA, two associations of Philippine recruitment agencies.
