Your company’s accreditation, the job order, sourcing, screening and medical examinations can all be done in advance, so the candidates are ready when your nulla osta is issued.

A worker who has done a season in Italy in the last five years can be requested on a multi-year seasonal nulla osta. If you want the same people back, tell us when you order.

Your side, in Italy

Your company applies for the work permit, the nulla osta, through the Sportello Unico per l’Immigrazione, or a staffing agency or employer association applies for you. The window opens by sector under the decreto flussi, Italy’s annual quotas for workers from outside the EU.

Once the nulla osta is issued, the worker applies for the entry visa.

The Migrant Workers Office in Rome verifies your documents for central and southern Italy, Sicily and Sardinia. The office in Milan covers the north.
