Questions from facility, hotel and manpower employers
Can E-GMP recruit a whole cleaning team, including the supervisors?
Yes. Send the full role mix: cleaners or housekeepers, team leaders or supervisors, and laundry staff if the site runs its own laundry. The job order lists each role with its own headcount, and E-GMP recruits them together.
Can we interview the supervisors and let E-GMP select the rest of the team?
Yes. You can interview any part of the shortlist, remotely or on site, and give E-GMP written authority to select the rest against your job order.
What happens if a cleaner leaves or does not work out?
E-GMP carries a replacement arrangement, and the terms depend on the reason and the timing. They are agreed with you in writing before you sign.
Our team has to start on a fixed date. When should we send the order?
Send it with the start date of the contract or the season. The time needed depends on your company’s accreditation, the job order approval, the medical examination and the visa in your country. E-GMP gives you a range for your case once it sees the order, and the employer resources page lists each step.

Each job order is approved for its own destination. E-GMP has cleaning and housekeeping orders in Saudi Arabia and Italy. In Kuwait, its orders cover office and tea boys.
