The inspection disciplines E-GMP recruits

  • Civil and mechanical

Civil QC inspectors and mechanical QC inspectors.

  • Welding and piping

Welding inspectors, piping inspectors, and inspectors for RTR and other non-metallic piping.

  • Coating and painting

    Coating inspectors and painting inspectors.

  • Electrical and instrumentation

You interview the shortlisted inspectors, remotely or in person, before anyone is selected. If the discipline you need is not listed, send it with the rest of your requirement.

Electricians, fabricators, mechanical technicians and the other trades on an industrial site are covered on the construction, engineering and technical trades page. Laboratory and quality staff for food and beverage plants are on the food and beverage manufacturing page.

Contractors and manpower companies that order inspectors through E-GMP

Across its wider industrial, construction and O&M work in Saudi Arabia, E-GMP has deployed 1,400 workers to 22 employers since 2011. Its recent QA/QC orders include:

  • Jawacat, Al Khobar

Jawa Gecat Equipment Rental Company supplies equipment and specialist manpower to oil, gas and petrochemical projects.

E-GMP has deployed workers to Jawacat in 2024 and 2025. In February 2025, E-GMP was approved to recruit 22 QC inspectors for Jawacat across eight disciplines: civil, mechanical, welding, piping, non-metallic piping, coating, electrical, and electrical and instrumentation. It had ordered civil, electrical and coating inspectors in October 2024.

  • Al Babtain Contracting

A Saudi contractor for high-voltage substations, underground cables and transmission lines.

In November 2025 it ordered electrical quality control engineers through E-GMP, four months after an order for building electricians and a project management engineer. E-GMP has deployed workers on both orders.

  • KAEFER Saudi Arabia

The Saudi company of the KAEFER industrial services group, working in insulation, scaffolding and protective coatings.

E-GMP has deployed workers to KAEFER Saudi Arabia since 2023, and in 2025 KAEFER ordered a senior QA/QC inspector through E-GMP.

  • JAWA Human Resources

    A Saudi manpower company.

In May 2024 it ordered civil, welding, and electrical and instrumentation inspectors through E-GMP for its own client.

Orders run from a single senior inspector to a full multi-discipline team. Send the number you need, even if it is one.

QA/QC inspectors for manpower and recruitment companies

Saudi manpower companies that supply inspectors to projects order them through E-GMP, as Jawacat and JAWA Human Resources have.

You hold the contract with your client.

E-GMP sources, documents and deploys the inspectors behind it, under its Philippine licence.

Licensed manpower, HR and recruitment companies that hold the contract with their own client can order inspectors the same way.

How a partner order runs is set out on the recruitment partners page. See employer resources for accreditation, documents, timelines and costs.

Questions from contractors and manpower companies

Which companies have ordered QA/QC inspectors through E-GMP?

In Saudi Arabia, Jawacat has ordered civil, mechanical, welding, piping, non-metallic piping, coating, electrical, and electrical and instrumentation inspectors through E-GMP in 2024 and 2025. E-GMP has deployed electrical quality control engineers to Al Babtain Contracting. KAEFER Saudi Arabia has ordered a senior QA/QC inspector, and JAWA Human Resources civil, welding, and electrical and instrumentation inspectors.

Can E-GMP recruit inspectors who hold specific certificates?

Yes. Include the certificates and levels the project requires, for example CSWIP or AWS for welding inspectors, or AMPP or NACE for coating inspectors. E-GMP uses those requirements when shortlisting candidates, and you interview the shortlisted inspectors before anyone is selected.

Can I hire a single inspector?

Yes. E-GMP takes orders for one inspector in a discipline. KAEFER Saudi Arabia ordered one senior QA/QC inspector. Send the number you actually need, from one inspector to a full team.

Can a manpower or recruitment company order inspectors through E-GMP?

Yes. If your company holds the contract with its own client, you place the order, and E-GMP sources, documents and deploys the inspectors under its Philippine licence. Saudi manpower companies, among them Jawacat and JAWA Human Resources, already order inspectors through E-GMP.

Which countries can E-GMP recruit inspectors for?

E-GMP recruits QA/QC inspectors for employers overseas. Its documented inspection work is in Saudi Arabia, and its engineering and technical work also includes Kuwait and Qatar. Send the destination and the disciplines you need, and E-GMP will confirm whether it can take on the requirement.

Tell us the disciplines, the certificates and the start date
