A recruitment partner in the Philippines for manpower and HR companies

E-GMP is a recruitment partner in the Philippines for licensed manpower, HR and recruitment companies overseas. You have the client and the order. We recruit the Filipino workers, handle the Philippine side and deploy them to fill it.

Manpower, HR and recruitment companies are about 80% of E-GMP’s business. They include companies in Saudi Arabia, Germany, Cyprus and Canada. E-GMP holds approved job orders in eleven countries, for roles from steel fixers and staff nurses to trailer drivers and hotel crew.

E-GMP International Corporation has recruited for overseas employers since 2003, licensed by the Philippine Department of Migrant Workers under licence DMW-232-LB-12212023-R.

DMW Licence No. DMW-232-LB-12212023-R PEACEME member: Philippine Employment Agencies & Associates for Corporate Employers in the Middle East 20+ years in overseas recruitment 30,000+ deployed worldwide

Your client stays yours when you work with a Philippine recruitment partner

E-GMP works through you, not around you. Your client deals with you, and the job order is approved in your company’s name as principal.

E-GMP files your company’s accreditation with the Department of Migrant Workers and handles the Philippine side: recruitment, screening, interviews, medical checks, documents and deployment.

Saudi Arabia: thirteen manpower and HR companies, 7,412 workers deployed since 2012, ten of them returning in a later year.

Maharah Human Resources, the JAWA Human Resources group and SMASCO are the largest.

Partner companies, market by market

  • Germany:

SM Care Solutions in Konstanz, which places Filipino nursing staff with German care providers. E-GMP has deployed nurses for it, on an approved order for fifty.

  • Cyprus:

CP Capital Recruitment, a recruitment company in Nicosia, through which E-GMP has deployed a refrigeration technician on an order approved in 2026.

  • Canada:

Solution Recrutement International, a recruitment and immigration company in Magog, Québec, with approved orders for electromechanics, packaging agents and millers.

Filling the headcount you promised your client

You have promised your client a number of workers. Candidates who pass selection can still drop out before they travel, and you are the one who explains the shortfall to your client.

In Saudi nurse recruitment, a selection of 80 to 100 candidates can end with 15 or 20 who travel.

E-GMP built its nurse recruitment around that problem, and deploys nurses by the hundreds.

When Maharah Human Resources needed service crew interviewed at a week’s notice, E-GMP brought 200 candidates to its interviews within that week.

Licensed by the DMW

E-GMP International Corporation holds Philippine Department of Migrant Workers licence DMW-232-LB-12212023-R, and is listed as a licensed agency in the DMW’s public register.

Workers can only be deployed on a job order the DMW has approved.

The DMW publishes every approved job order by agency, by principal and by jobsite, so once your order is approved it is listed under your company’s name. Partner orders are listed the same way, including those of JAWA Human Resources, Emdad Human Resources, SM Care Solutions and Solution Recrutement International.

E-GMP recruits worldwide as a Filipino worker supply partner

E-GMP recruits Filipino workers for employers and partner companies in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Italy, Lithuania, Germany, Cyprus, Australia, Canada, Brunei and Japan.

It takes orders for any country where the Department of Migrant Workers approves the job order.

The Gulf

Saudi Arabia is E-GMP’s largest market, and not only through partners: E-GMP has deployed workers to named Saudi employers in industry, construction, food manufacturing, healthcare and retail since 2010. In Kuwait and Qatar it recruits for construction and industrial employers, among them the Khalid Yousuf Al-Marzouq & Sons group and Industrial Metal Center in Kuwait, and Qatar Engineering and Construction Company and Asco Doha in Qatar.

Europe

In Germany and Cyprus E-GMP works through the partner companies named above. In Italy it has deployed workers to the resorts of the Aeroviaggi group in Sicily and Sardinia, and in Lithuania it is approved to recruit CE-category trailer drivers for UAB Fortotrans, a freight company.

Asia

In Brunei E-GMP has deployed hospitality and food-service staff for The Foodee Enterprise and Beanery & Co, and in Japan it is approved to recruit care workers for Natsu Company. Taiwanese manpower companies can open an order the same way.

Australia and Canada

In Australia E-GMP has deployed farm and livestock workers and glaziers, for employers such as Donaldson Farming at Deniliquin in New South Wales. In Canada it works through Solution Recrutement International in Magog, Québec.

A partner order runs in four stages

Agree the order.

You

You bring the requirement: the roles, the numbers, the destination, the terms your client has agreed.

  • The job order itself: roles, headcount, salary, hours, contract duration, benefits.
  • Your own licence or authority to recruit in the destination country.
  • A named contact who can answer a question about the order within one working day.

E-GMP

  • We tell you what is deployable from the Philippines at those terms and what is not, before anyone is recruited.

Get it approved.

You

E-GMP

  • E-GMP files the job order with the DMW and puts your accreditation as principal in place.
  • Workers are deployed only on an approved order.

Recruit and select.

You

  • Your interview and selection plan, if your client intends to select in person.

E-GMP

  • E-GMP sources and screens Filipino candidates for the order.
  • If your client wants to interview in person, E-GMP presents a shortlist.

Partner orders approved with E-GMP run from staff nurses and nursing specialists to quality control inspectors, air-conditioning technicians, fleet mechanics, housekeeping and restaurant staff. Engineering and technical trades are set out on our construction, engineering and technical page.

Deploy.

You

Work permits, visas and quotas in the destination country stay with you and your client, under that country’s rules. The country pages set out what each one requires.

E-GMP

  • Medical checks, documents, exit clearance and travel.
  • After the workers arrive, E-GMP stays involved and helps resolve worker concerns.

If something on that list is missing, say so in the enquiry. Most of it can be assembled during the first conversation rather than before it.

Repeat orders come back through you

Around 90% of E-GMP’s clients return for repeat business.

E-GMP’s job is to make you look good to your client. When the first workers arrive and do the work well, your client asks you for more, and you bring the larger order back to E-GMP. Maharah Human Resources, the largest partner, has worked with E-GMP since 2014.

Deployment typically takes 30 to 90 days

Typically 30–90 days from job order to deployment. Where an order falls in that range depends on three things: job order approval, the role and the destination.

  • Job order approval.

The DMW must approve the order before anyone is deployed on it. A new partner’s first order takes longer, because the partner is accredited first. Later orders move faster.

  • The role.

A trade with a deep Philippine labour pool fills faster than a licensed or credentialed role. Nurses, heavy equipment operators and trade-tested welders each carry their own qualifying step.

  • The destination.

Visa issuance, medical protocols and embassy attestation run on each destination country’s schedule, not on ours.

E-GMP will give a range for your specific order once the roles and the destination are known, and will say which of the three will take longest.

Common questions from partner agencies

Is E-GMP licensed, and where do I check?

Yes. E-GMP International Corporation holds Philippine Department of Migrant Workers licence DMW-232-LB-12212023-R and is listed in the DMW’s public register of licensed agencies. Approved job orders are published in a second DMW register, by agency and by principal.

Can you work with our existing client, or do you need your own relationship with them?

E-GMP works with your client through you. The job order is approved in your company’s name as principal, and your client deals with you, not with E-GMP.

What volume can you actually handle?

When Maharah Human Resources needed service crew interviewed at a week’s notice, E-GMP brought 200 candidates to its interviews within that week. What is realistic for your order depends on the roles and the destination, and E-GMP will say so before recruitment starts rather than after.

What happens if a worker does not last?

Replacement terms are set in the recruitment agreement for each order, and depend on why the worker left and when. Raise it in your enquiry and E-GMP will answer for your order.

Which documents do you need from us?

Your authority to recruit, your company documents, the job order, the employment contract, a named contact, and your selection plan if your client will interview.

How do we open a job order with you?

Send the enquiry below with the destination, the roles and the headcount. E-GMP replies with what is deployable at those terms, and files for approval once the order is agreed.
